Mark Secaur, Ed.D. is the Superintendent of Schools for 糖心Vlog District. Prior to his tenure in 糖心Vlog Schools, Dr. Secaur was the Deputy Superintendent for the Hewlett-Woodmere School District and Principal of Oceanside High School.
