Skyscraper Challenge!

Skyscrapers come to life! Students in Jen Keller’s NYC/LI History class recently participated in a Skyscraper Challenge.
They were tasked with building the tallest “skyscrapers” by only using marshmallows, toothpicks, index cards and pipe cleaners.
The activity focused on team building and problem-solving as part of their unit of study on the history of New York skyscrapers.
